Refurbished & ready

A good site office keeps your team productive and your paperwork dry. Our used portable offices are heated and lit, with secure doors and glazed windows. They arrive clean, freshly painted and ready to plug in — a second hand office at a fraction of what the same space costs new.

Choose an open plan mobile office, a divided unit with a separate meeting room, a steel office container for exposed sites, or a combi building with a kitchenette and toilet. Whatever the configuration, refurbished offices are electrically tested and finished in your choice of colour, and every relocatable unit is lifted into place by our own HIAB fleet.

Do you sell second hand and mobile offices?

That is most of what we do. Almost everything listed above is a used unit that has been through our workshop — second hand site offices, mobile units, portable cabins and steel office containers. Stock changes weekly, so call if you cannot see the size you need.

How much does a used portable office cost?

Most of our second hand units sit between roughly £5,000 and £12,500 plus VAT, with the occasional small unit under £3,000, depending on length, layout and condition. Budget guides are at under £5,000, under £7,500 and under £10,000. Delivery is quoted separately by postcode.

Can I get a portable office with a kitchen and toilet?

Yes — a combi unit. One building, an office at one end and a kitchenette and WC at the other. See offices with a kitchen and toilet, or tell us the split you want and we will build it.

Are your portable offices ready for winter use?

Units are supplied decorated and fitted with heaters — new heaters in most cases — so they are comfortable through the colder months. Insulation specification varies from unit to unit — tell us which cabin you are interested in and we will confirm exactly what it has before you buy.

Do they come with electrics ready to use?

They are electrically tested and certified during refurbishment. You simply arrange a power connection on site and the unit is ready to go.
