Refurbished & ready
Our refurbished anti-vandal cabins are built for exposed and high-risk sites. Steel-clad walls, lockable window shutters and heavy-duty doors keep tools, paperwork and staff secure when the site is empty. Refurbished units are overhauled inside and out — repairs, fresh paint and full electrical testing — before they leave our Manchester workshop.
We stock the full range in steel: secure site offices, welfare units, canteens, drying rooms, toilet blocks and washrooms, plus steel containers and secure stores. Units can be linked or stacked to create larger spaces. Because these are second hand steel buildings rather than new, you get a hard-wearing, professional unit at a fraction of the cost — and we can refurbish a secure washroom, toilet or changing area to your own specification.

What makes a cabin "anti-vandal"?
Anti-vandal cabins have a steel outer skin and steel-framed windows with lockable shutters, rather than the standard cladding and uPVC windows of a typical site cabin. This makes them far more resistant to break-ins and damage on unattended sites.
Which secure units do you sell?
Offices, welfare units, canteens, drying rooms, toilet blocks, washrooms, changing rooms and secure stores, plus steel containers. Current stock is listed above; if the layout you need is not there we can build it.
Can you fit shutters to any unit?
Yes. We can add or replace lockable shutters and upgrade doors during refurbishment. Tell us your security requirements when you enquire and we'll spec the unit accordingly.
Do you refurbish anti-vandal washrooms and toilets?
We do. Washroom, toilet and changing-room refurbishment on steel units is regular work at our Manchester workshop — new sanitaryware, cubicles, flooring, sealing and paint. See our refurbishment page or send us the unit details for a price.
