Our yard and workshop are in Manchester, but very little of what we sell stays in Manchester. Units leave here for sites the length of the country every week, and distance changes the delivery price rather than whether we can do the job at all. Wherever you are in the country, you are buying from the same stock list as a customer five miles down the road.
The lorries are ours. That means no third-party haulier in the middle putting your cabin on a shared load, no waiting for someone else's schedule to line up, and one delivery price that covers the transport and setting the unit down where you want it. Our HIAB lorries lift and place the cabin themselves, so there is nothing else to book in.
Stock covers the full range — used site offices, open plan offices, welfare units, canteens, drying rooms, anti-vandal cabins, toilet blocks, shower blocks, changing rooms and steel container conversions. Refurbished units are reconditioned inside and out before they go, and a few are sold as they stand, which the listing says. Buying at a distance is normal here: ask for extra photographs, measurements or a walk-round video of the actual unit and we will send them before you commit to anything.

We run our own lorries nationwide, so a cabin going to Cornwall or Inverness is the same job as one going to Salford.

FAQs
Do you only sell portable cabins in Manchester?
No. The yard and the refurbishment workshop are in Manchester — New Street, M40 8HD — but we sell and deliver across England, Scotland and Wales, and most units leave the North West. The Manchester address is simply where the stock is kept and worked on.
How much is delivery to my part of the UK?
Delivery is quoted per job by postcode. Because the HIAB fleet is ours rather than a haulier's, we can price the run properly instead of applying a national rate card — send us the postcode and the unit you are interested in and we will come back with a delivery price.
Can I buy a cabin without travelling to see it?
Yes, and most of our customers do. Tell us which unit you are looking at and we will send extra photographs, measurements and a video walk-round of that specific cabin, and talk you through what has and has not been done to it. You are welcome to visit the Manchester yard by appointment if you would rather see it in person.
How soon can you deliver to a UK site?
It depends where you are and what the lorries already have booked that week. Local North West deliveries are often same-week; runs further afield are scheduled around the fleet's existing routes. Ask when you enquire and we will give you a realistic date rather than a guess.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, the islands or offshore?
Our own fleet covers mainland England, Scotland and Wales.
Can you build a cabin to my specification and deliver it to me?
Yes. Treat the stock list as a starting point: we regularly take a unit and rebuild it to a customer's own specification — partitions moved, a kitchen, toilets or showers added, different doors, windows or colour — then deliver it finished. Tell us the layout and the postcode and we will quote the build and the delivery together.
