Yes. Condition affects the offer, not whether we are interested. We refurbish in our own workshop, so damaged panels, tired interiors, failed electrics and water ingress are all normal starting points for us. Tell us honestly what is wrong with it and we will price accordingly.

It depends on size, layout, condition and where it is. Send photographs inside and out, the length and width, and the postcode, and we will come back with a figure. We will also tell you straight if a unit is worth less than the cost of collecting it.

Where a unit still has resale value, removal usually costs you nothing — we offset the transport against the purchase price, and often still pay you something. Where a unit is genuinely scrap, we quote the clearance as a job, priced on the access and the distance from Manchester. Send photographs and a postcode and we will tell you which way round it falls.

We collect. Our own HIAB lorries lift the unit straight off site, so you do not need to arrange a separate lift, a haulier or a forklift. We handle the lift, the load and the paperwork.

Yes. Multi-unit site clearances are routine — we unlink, unstack and load the lot, and can phase it around your programme. Larger compounds usually get a site visit first so the lifting plan is right.

We do. A unit that cannot be refurbished is broken down and the steel, timber and fittings go to the appropriate waste streams. We will tell you up front if that is the outcome rather than implying the unit has a resale value it does not have.

Local collections around Manchester and the North West are often within the week. Elsewhere it depends on where the fleet is working, but we will give you a realistic date when we make the offer rather than after you have accepted it.
