Refurbished & ready
Wet weather is a fact of UK site life. A dedicated unit gives your crew somewhere to hang coats, boots and PPE so they start each shift in dry kit. Our refurbished drying rooms come heated, with hanging rails and bench or locker space.
Each second hand building is cleaned, refurbished, repainted and electrically tested before delivery. They are often paired with a canteen or welfare unit, or built into one larger unit, to form a complete rest area.

Can a drying room be part of a welfare unit?
Yes — they are frequently combined with canteen and toilet areas in a single welfare unit. We can supply standalone units or combi buildings.
Is heating included?
Heating is fitted so workwear dries between shifts. We test all electrics before the unit leaves our workshop.
