Owning our HIAB fleet is one of the biggest advantages we offer. A HIAB lorry carries the cabin and lifts it into place in a single visit, so there's no separate lift to arrange and no waiting on outside hauliers. We control the schedule and keep costs down.
From a single office dropped onto a driveway to a stacked, linked compound on a construction site, our drivers place units accurately and safely, including on sites with awkward access. The same fleet delivers modular buildings, second hand portable buildings and converted containers, and can return later to relocate them.

How much does cabin delivery cost?
Delivery is quoted per job based on your postcode and the size of the unit. Because we run our own HIAB fleet we keep prices competitive — ask us for a delivery price.
What is a HIAB and why does it matter?
A HIAB is a lorry with a built-in, lorry-mounted crane. It lets us lift, carry and precisely place a cabin in one visit, without arranging a separate lift, which saves time and money and allows deliveries to tighter sites.
Can you stack and link cabins?
Yes. We stack units two or three high, link them side by side, and fit connecting stairs and steps to build larger spaces and compounds.
Do you deliver outside the North West?
Absolutely. We deliver across England, Scotland and Wales. Distance is simply factored into the delivery quote.
Does the cabin need a prepared base?
No. Firm, reasonably flat ground is enough for a jackleg unit, because the adjustable legs take out the slope — hardcore, compacted stone or a yard surface all work. Containers sit on timbers or concrete pads at the corners.
What access do you need on site?
As a rule of thumb, a clear route wide enough for a rigid lorry and enough room alongside the final position for the HIAB to swing. Overhead cables, low branches, soft verges and locked gates are the usual obstacles. Send photographs of the approach and the drop point and we will tell you whether it will work before you buy.
